Specifying and fitting
ETICS render facades
TSH board forms the insulation layer of an external thermal insulation composite system: bonded and anchored to the wall, then covered with a reinforced base coat and a finish render. The ETICS kit holder names the adhesive, anchors and render. Your engineer checks the build-up against local facade rules with the papers on this page.
Vertical strip on high-rise facades
TSS strip has its fibres turned perpendicular to the wall face, the format render systems call lamella. Buyers use it on high-rise and coastal facades.
Curtain wall fire stops
TSM board fills the curtain wall cavity and closes the gap between each floor slab and the curtain wall. The fire stop is a tested assembly from the curtain wall or fire-stopping supplier. Send its reference and the gap width with your inquiry, and we confirm the grade and thickness.
Steel-frame walls
Light gauge steel frame (LGSF) walls take stone wool board as cavity fill between the studs. Buyers ask for TSD60 and TSD80 here. Board width to suit the stud spacing is confirmed per order.
