Ordering and shipping

A 40 ft high-cube container takes 60 m³, about 1,200 m² of 50 mm board. This is the factory's figure.

Boards are loaded loose, without pallets. The load calculator converts an area or a volume into containers; its 20GP / 40GP loads are estimates.

Boards are shrink-wrapped in bundles and not compressed.

The number of boards in a bundle varies with thickness, and the packing list states it.

Standard products: 3 to 5 days of production from receipt of the deposit. The sailing is booked once production is complete.

For a custom specification, production time is confirmed with the quotation.

Ocean transit runs on its own clock, port to port. The transit times give the typical range for each port.

Free samples: 3 plain boards of 500 × 500 mm for each density grade.

Sent on your courier account, ready to ship in 2 to 3 business days.

FOB Qingdao as standard. CIF or CFR to your port on request.

FOB: you book the ocean freight and the insurance, and risk and cost pass to you once the goods are on board at Qingdao.

CIF and CFR: the price includes the freight to your port. The freight is tied to a named sailing, fixed when the booking is confirmed, and checked again for a later sailing. CIF adds cargo insurance on Institute Cargo Clauses (A) for 110% of the CIF value.

Destination charges, import duties and customs clearance are yours under all three terms.

30% T/T deposit when the order is confirmed, 70% T/T balance against a copy of the bill of lading.

Irrevocable L/C at sight accepted, with no minimum order value.

The proforma invoice states the payment method you choose.

Third-party inspection by SGS, Intertek or a buyer-nominated agency can be arranged, at the buyer's cost.

Each shipment travels with a commercial invoice, a packing list and the bill of lading. The origin is declared as China.

Buyers in the EU receive the Declaration of Performance and the Technical Data Annex of each grade as a pair. The DoP ledger shows which declarations are public.
